Kaylea Underwood Earns Second NJCAA Region 2 Pitcher of the Week Honors of Season

Eastern Oklahoma State College freshman Kaylea Underwood has earned her second NJCAA Region 2 Pitcher of the Week award for the season.

Underwood is a right-handed pitcher from Poteau, Okla. In 10 appearances, she has pitched 49 innings with 37 strikeouts and a 1.57 earned-run average. She has allowed just 40 hits and11 earned runs, while only giving up 9 walks so far this season.
