Jackson honored as player of the week

A'Breon Jackson of Eastern Oklahoma State College was recently honored as the women's basketball player of the week between Jan. 29 and Feb. 4.

Jackson averaged 29.5 points, seven rebounds and five steals per game during that stretch, including 39 points in a 123-115 Feb. 1 loss to Seminole State College, which set a new Eastern record for most points in a home game.
