Brayanna Polk Earns NJCAA Region 2 Player of the Week Honors

Eastern Oklahoma State College freshman Brayanna Polk has earned her first Player of the Week award for the season. She was named the NJCAA Region 2 Player of the Week for Feb. 22-28, 2021. She is the third Eastern women's basketball player to earn the distinction so far this season.

Polk is a freshman guard from Del City, Okla. She is currently averaging 16.1 points per game while shooting 32.6 percent from the field and 26.9 percent from beyond the arc. Polk is also shooting 75 percent from the free-throw line so far this season.
