Eastern Goes Down On Final Play against Carl Albert State College in 11 Innings

It came down to the last play, but Eastern Oklahoma State College was on the wrong end of a 5-4 game against Carl Albert State College on Tuesday. 

The game was tied at four with Carl Albert batting in the bottom of the 11th when Mazie Richards singled on a 3-2 count, scoring one run. 

Eastern lost despite out-hitting Carl Albert 13 To 11.

Eastern opened up scoring in the third inning. Summer Perkins's sac fly scored one run for the Lady Mountaineers.

Eastern hit one home run on the day. Sydney Green hit one out in the seventh inning.
